You normally can't read/view screen content while the screensaver is running, so it would be sensible for Workrave's "reading mode" to count a running screensaver toward pause/break time. I'm currently using reading mode with a five-minute break every thirty minutes, and my screensaver activates after five minutes of idle time. If I get up and leave my terminal for ten minutes, right now, I might come back to find the next break two minutes away.
