Situation: If Workrave is running when you start the installer,
it says that you can continue with OK or quit with Cancel.

Problem: If you exit Workrave manually and then press OK, the installer quits
(saying something like "I could not close the program".)

Request: Of course, you need not manually exit Workrave.
But the installer in should realize that the program is no longer running, and continue.

P.S. This is at least how it works for workrave-win32-v1_9_3-57-g6e2ec53b37-20110216-installer.exe
