The current behavior when the timer runs out is to pop up a notice that it's time for my break.  This frequently causes me to go "oh god break time gotta finish my thought can't pause or it'll lock keep typing just gotta reach the end of this sentence... crap, paused too long. <skip break>".  It really runs through my head about like that, and it's quite disruptive.

To fix it, I would like a gentle heads-up before the insistent popup.  All it would take is a ding sound when I have 60 seconds left.  Then I can finish my thought and voluntarily take my break.

This would make me a much happier workraver. :)
