Notification area options on Windows 7

I have Windows7 with the icons on the "Notification Area" hidden, but a few ones (like volume, clock...)

I configure Workrave to always show icon and notifications, but gets hidden on every reboot.

I remembered having this problem in Ares I guess, it was like it the program was reporting Windows with a name like "Ares download:20K upload:5K", and obviously it was changing on every reboot. I think Workrave is having a similar problem. It shows as "Workrave.exe Workrave Micro-Break: -11:09 Rest brake...."

Are you having the same problem?
Thank you!
gaston.
