I filed this bug under Vista because Windows 7 doesn't exist as an OS option.

The Workrave toolbar does not appear in Windows 7. When I context-click the taskbar->Toolbars->Workrave, I get the following error message:

The Workrave toolbar isn't compatible with this version of Windows.

If you continue, the toolbar might appear incorrectly. To check for an updated version, go to the software publisher's website.

Do you want this toolbar on your taskbar? [Yes/No]

If I click "Yes", the toolbar does not appear on the taskbar. It does register as "On" if I return to context-click taskbar->Toolbars.

Thanks. This bug will be fixed in the next release. Please try a recent nightly build from http://workrave.org/download/snapshots/.

(Added Window 7 to OS list)

Fixed in commit 2a321b02e75e688f920dbe7ecf091e43fbbbe2f0.

Just installed the nightly build from 2010-03-17. The toolbar does in fact work, but not seamlessly. I had to open a separate toolbar in order for it to appear as it is "hidden", somehow, by default. That might be an artifact of the fact that the old toolbar died on my machine, but once I opened the address toolbar, the Workrave one just appeared.

Also, the Workrave toolbar is really washed out in Windows 7. That makes it hard to read. It's also a little ugly on my machine.

The new GTK, however, looks great and is really fun. I like the different look and feel as well. It's a little sharper than in 1.9.1.
