I suggest a change on Exercises window, like attachment. It's will be more uniform with Rest Break window.

Workrave puts icons on the buttons of the exercise windows. However, Ubuntu (or Gnome, not sure) disabled these icons by default. You can enable the icon by opening gconf-editor, navigate to '/desktop/gnome/interface' and check 'button_have_icons'. I personally think a top level window should at least have some large buttons on the bottom. And even though I like icons the the buttons, overriding the gtk theme is not a good idea I think. Comments anyone?
