Version 1.9.1: when locking my machine running Windows Server 2008R2/Windows 7, the Rest Break is launched. This is 100% reproducible.

Most likely, you did not download the 1.9.1 release (found at http://workrave.org/download), but instead a snapshot build (found at http://workrave.org/download/snapshots) Lauching a restbreak when the screen is locked is a feature we're currently experimenting with. In its present form, it is not very usable yet. If you want to get rid of it, please download a stock workrave release, and not a snapshot

The snapshots have some new experimental feature like a reading mode and restbreak activated on screen lock (windows only). Feedback on these new feature is welcome. Closing bug.
