We would like the folowing option to be deactivated `the Network feature in the installationproces`. The reason for this is a security issue. I hope I selected the right component.

Networking is disabled by default. You could lock the key down with an ACL I suppose, but that won't stop someone from bypassing it with an ini file (which I guess you could also lock down). Really this is something you need some type of HIPS or client firewall something that you can configure to not allow Workrave to access the internet. However if you have a compliance issue that you can't resolve I think your best bet would be to compile workrave without networking support.
