Running once but appears twice in Gnome notification area if all timers are set to hide.

This bug exists on Linux for quite sometime already, and it is wasting precious tray space. Perhaps because it's marked as "enhancement"?

This problem should be fixed in 1.9.1. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 767 ***
