The win32 program crashes when adding a new host. You can duplicate the problem by going to the preference panel, clicking on "Network", then the "Hosts" tab, then the "Add" button. It crashes immediately, every time. I installed v1.9.0 on two different WinXP SP3 machines (with all/most updates), and it crashed on both.
