When the break window disappears, all the other windows seem to "flash", as if they are completely redrawn. Also, the focus is not returned to the place where it was before the break. I.e. I have an imminent micropause, and when it's done I expect to continue typing here. I can't I have to click before I can continue

In some cases, even an entirely different window is moved to the foreground.

Could everybody please give the test build located at: http://www.workrave.org/files/workrave-new-blocking.tgz a spin?
