Suddenly, Workrave is suspended for a non-admin user and he can't change it. Workrave was OK for a long time. No problem for an admin user. (Sorry guys, I know that this problem existed before and that there was a simple trick to solve the problem. But I couldn't find that anymore.)

Hi Ray, I remember that some years ago, the same problem occurred. A simple trick brought Workrave to Normal mode again. Additional info on the problem: - Workrave version 1.8.4 - OS: Windows XP Professional SP3, English - User having the problem has no administrator rights, another user (admin) is OK. - Workrave mode is suspended for this user after computer startup and login. - Right-clicking Workrave icon > Mode > Normal: does not change anything. - Giving this user administrator rights and logging in again: does not help. - Copying the files of c:\my documents\<OK user>\application data\workrave\ to the same folder of the user having the problem: does not help. - In the Registry, I found "HKEY_USERS\S-1-....\Software\Workrave\gui\operation-mode=1". Is this OK? Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Reproducible in 1.8.4 but not 1.9.0. Please do the following: Exit Workrave Delete (HKEY_CURRENT_USER)\Software\Workrave on the user's acc Upgrade to 1.9.0 Thanks, Ray

I was wrong, this is not the first time I've heard of this issue. The mode selection in 1.8.4 was broken. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 598 ***
