When relaxing, the green time left to wait bar grows from left to right, both in the icon and the popup window. Trouble is, growing does not happen at the same rate, as shown in the attached image. In the icon, the green bar is almost complete, in the window, it is not. The latter is the correct value btw.

What desktop environment do you use? KDE4? Workrave abuses the system tray a little by creating an 'icon' that is much wider than 24 pixels. Some system tray managers cannot handle this and squeeze everything into 24x24 pixels. I think this is what you are seeing. (btw, kde4 is not supported at the moment)

Yes, using KDE4 in Fedora, works nicely.
