While having a pause and away from my computer my optical mouse sends some kind of noise signal to the computer causing the cursor to tremble slightly. This causes the pause timer not to advance. When this happens I have to move the mouse a couple of times to make the cursor trembling stop. Having an option to make Workrave ignore mouse and keyboard movement during pause would solve this. After all, I'm having my input and screen blocked so I couldn't do any work anyhow.

Created attachment 168 Suspend timer when inactive I have a mouse with what I'll call "mouse crawl" and I know of people who also have this problem. What you need is a way for Workrave to either ignore or lower activity sensitivity on breaks. Ignoring activity on breaks is currently possible only when the 'Suspend timer when inactive' preference is disabled. Lowering activity sensitivity I don't recommend as it is untested and I don't know that it will solve what you describe.
