i upgraded to 1.9.0 hoping the bug to disappear. i could not find anywhere (missing user guide?) what the "sheep crossed with one red line" icon means (icon at right of windows xp toolbar), nor did i manage to locate a similar bug. i guess that something needs to be altered on the pc in order to have the normal "uncrossed" sheep icon. component is pure guess

The red line means that activity monitoring is disabled. You can use this when giving a demo/presentation and don't want to be bothered. right click on the sheep with the red line, select mode->normal. Setting bug to invalid because its a feature instead of a bug :-)
