I would like to download workrave for the OS Ubuntu. I go here: http://www.workrave.org/download/ and the link GNU/Linux send me to linux.org. Then i do a search and don't find the program. Please where can I find it?

The GNU/Linux link goes to a site about GNU/Linux. This is so on purpose. There used to be pre-compiled debian packages. I am not sure where they went. Ubuntu packages have never been provided by us. Basically, that leaves you with two options: - Download the source code and compile it yourself. - Install the workrave package supplied by ubuntu (choose System -> Administration -> Synaptic Package Manager, search for Workrave)
