Steps to reproduce: 1. Press WinKey+B 2. Press Right Arrow until the Workrave status icon is selected 3. Press Shift+F10 or the Menu key to display the context menu 4. Press R 5. Nothing happens although I am expecting Workrave to start a Rest break You can also replace steps 1-3 by simply right-clicking on the status icon. The keyboard shortcuts do not work then either, although they do for most third-party status notification icons.

This is still an issue in Windows 7.
