Can't compile on OpenSuse10.2 due to dependency on sigc++-1.2. I now have the package libsigc++12 installed but getting it all to work is too difficult for a naive user who just wants to use the program... It works fine on Windows, shame.

We can't possibly support all Linux distributions... You may need to install the libsigc++ devel packages. And you need sigc++ 2.0, Alternatively: http://benjiweber.co.uk:8080/webpin/index.jsp?searchTerm=workrave&distro=openSUSE_102

It was bad luck that this was the first Linux app I tried to install. But this isn't the place for a general rant about the frustrations if Linux. Others have also complained about its number of dependencies and difficulty of installation. http://swoes.blogspot.com/ http://www.suseforums.net/index.php?s=fe4789d1011f7cde3a6ed3ee16aaaac3&showtopic=17723&st=20&p=104114&#entry104114
