I've experienced Workrave crashing directly on several new installs of Win XP, SP2 (Swedish) without being able to resolve it. Since I'm unable to run Workrave at all, this is fairly critical. Advice would be appreciated. Attaching crash log:

Is there more than one machine this happens on? Several machines with WinXP SWE or did you reinstall several times?

To rule out memory problems I would suggest you run a memtest on the machine:

Also: Workrave sets its language preference based on the OS language preference. Maybe there's some problem working with Swedish?.

Hello again, I just read a similar report at bug #636. Apparently the swedish translation is corrupt. Please try downloading a recent nightly. Here's one:
