I use work rave as a time management tool.  Each break reminds me to wake up and leave the computer when I am in the middle of...studying, for example.
Basically workrave is the ultimate anti-procrastination tool, due to its locking ability.

It would be nice to add a remote control (there is a already a network layer in workrave) that will allow other user over the net to release the workrave "lock" over my windows.  Or to set the lock and not open it, or to remote admin workrave.

I might be able to participate in adding such a feature.  However, I will need guidance of where and what to change.
