It would be nice for a new user, to have some predefined options in a combo box like the FAQ says for some one recovering from RSI need some values and suggest some for them, other option with lots of breaks, moderate, and low. Just to give the user a start point. and a user customized option.

This would be great! I for example use this set of times: 1. the microbreak every 15 minutes to look out of the window for 10 seconds 2. the restbreak every 2 hours for 1 minute to change the chair withe another ergonomic chair 3. the daily limit 8 hours
