The statistics kept by workrave are a very useful way of tracking one's progress and finding correlations between your health and behaviour. However, an individual statistic is not that useful if you don't know its history. Looking at the history, right now, requires a lot of clicks. It would be great if you could present this information in a tabular format. (Statistic vs date.) Line graphs are another possibility.

Thanks.

I don't know how Workrave was in 2006, but currently, the statistics are shown via a calendar. One can select a day and see detailed statistics about that day, which is great in some cases. However, it is less great when trying to get a general picture of how much you are using your PC. For example, it does require several clicks and more effort to tell how long you used the PC last week. It would also require effort to tell monthly usage.

The above assumes tqm was discussing the usage time, which is by far the most useful statistic. A "break respect score" would also be useful, but would be difficult to define.

I think daily statistics are great and should be kept, but I agree that a more efficient way to get summary statistics would be useful, and I agree that either a tabular format or line graphs would constitute important improvements. Another possibility would be to directly compute usage time for each week (and probably each month).
