Warn couple of mins in advance that a rest break or daily limit is coming, then one can prepare and finish up. Will make workrave less disruptive.

I'm a bit confused. The micro-break window shows the text "next restbreak in x minutes" or "daily limit in x minutes". What else would you like to see?

Hmm, I guess that's true. I've never noticed that, because I turn away as soon as the little "time for a micro-break?" window pops up. Hmm, and mine does not show mins until daily limit. I was thinking a little pop-up, independent of micro-breaks, that pops up and goes away by itself, giving you notice that rest/break, daily limit is coming in a few minutes, so you can wrap things up.

I agree that a warning "would be" useful. It is true that the information is already there, but unless you check it every micro-break, you may be surprised by the prolonged break. I think the way forward would be to replace the terse pseudo-sentence about the remaining time with something more graphical. A basic improvement would be to make the remaining time red when it is under 10 minutes. Something more relative could use a bar similar to those displayed in Workrave's "open" windows, with different colors depending on the remaining time.
