During a rest break the Rest Break window obscures the Excercise window making it impossible to follow the exercise instructions.

Normally, the exercises are integrated in the restbreak window. Do you have a multi monitor setup?

(In reply to comment #1) I do not have a multi monitor setup. I have attached a screen shot of the issue. As can be seen the Rest Break timer window is positioned in front of the exercise window, obscuring the instructions. With Block Mode set to Block Input then the Rest Break windows cannot be moved out of the way.

I have noticed today that WorkRave is no longer having this problem. I have made no recent changes to WorkRave.

The only explanation I can give is that your video driver reported 2 monitors (at the same location). Just reopen this bug if it happends again.
