A user requests the following feature, which sounds reasonable:

great piece of software!
 I'm experiencing a problem that will ultimately have me not using workrave1.62
when I need it the most.
In Discreet 3dsMAX (3d software) if I am manipulating geometry (position ,
rotation ,scale...etc---the mouse button is held down and released) and workrave
pops up while i'm doing this (before the button has been released)  it shifts my
mouse input to infinity (or something rather  extreme) which also has the effect
of corrupting my files.
 
I close workrave and undo but this doesn't always work, because it seems to
corrupt the selected entities within the program.
 
I'm not sure what could be done in workrave to keep this from happening... can
workrave "wait" until there is a pause in user input before displaying a pop-up?
