Description

I noticed that whenever I pospone a rest break and start a new one during the pospone period, the timer doesn't function. It freezes in the rest break duration set in the preferences. Expected behaviour: When I pospone a rest break and take a rest break while the previous one is still posponed, I want the postponed one to (re)activate and the timer to run correctly.

If I understand correctly, this is what you describe: - workrave shows the restbreak window - you press postpone. - after some while you activate the restbreak manually. At this time the timer has not yet reset (i.e. it is still orange) - workrave shows the restbreak window - the timer freezes, i.e. it does not count your idle time. Is this correct? If so, I can;t reproduce the problem. What version of workrave are you using? What restbreak timer setting do you use?

Might be duplicate of bug #427

This is about correct. Allthough for clearity: I mean the horizontal bar in the reastbreak window is not showing progress. The "rest break for N minutes" is also frozen. I am using workrave version 1.6.2. My settings are: Micro break: enabled 0:7:0 0:0:24 0:2:30 All other boxes are ticked. rest break: enabled 0:46:0 0:6:0 0:3:0 nr of ex = 3 All boxes ticked but Suspend timer when inactive. Daily limit: enabled 6:0:0 0:20:0 all ticked but regard micro as activity. I also noticed that the same occur if I press the take rest break button on the applet directly after starting up workrave. So it might be some variant of the bug you marked as duplicate (Bug 427). Maybe it helps to tell you that I'm running workrave on windows (company policy :-S ) and installed the latest release (installer version) from the downloads section.

I think the nightly builds are ok again. Please try a nightly build and check if the problem is solved. thanks.
