After a number of preludes, WR should totally stop bothering the user, if
configured.

Small configuration changes...

max_prelude: maximum number of preludes that are shown for a break. After
'max_prelude' preludes a break is forced if force_after_prelude=true. If 
force_after_prelude=false, no further warning are given.
