Description

I use a Trust tablet on Windows XP dual monitor. The problem is with Workrave
1.60 and the previous version.

Whenever I use WorkRave and place my pen on the tablet the cursor moves to the
upper left corner and stays there making little hops.

Strange....

Ps. Your product rocks! Keep on rocking....

I have a similar problem.

I noticed that my tablet is working normal until WorkRave is started up...I can
logon on WinXP with my tablet, start i.e. Mozilla and after the WorkRave window
pops-up my tablet is meshed up.

Is the WorkRave mouse monitor capable of monitoring two or more pointer devices?

I love the program so vote for this bug to be get solved asap ;-)

The same problem arises with 'The GIMP 2.0.1' so maybe the problem is with some
shared library.

I'm closing this more than 4 year old bug because:

- I have never been able to reproduce it in past because I didn't have a tablet.
- I have not been able to reproduce it with version 1.9.0 and a Wacom Bamboo tablet.
- Workrave's activity monitor has changed a lot in the last 4 years. It has become less intrusive, It is very likely that the problem as you describe it is gone because of these changes.
- Workrave and gimp both use the Gtk+ library. The version used by Workrave 1.9.0 is much more recent than the one from 2004. This may also explain why I don't see the problem in 1.9.0

Feel free to reopen the bug if you still can reproduce the problem with a recent version of Workrave.
