Add sound support. We need at least a Gnome backend, a PC speaker backend
(portable across Linux & Windows), and a Win32 sound-card backend.

Sound support is in a better shape now.
You might want to try workrave-20021003.exe
What still needs to be done:
- Linux version
- Find better samples
- Speaker samples should not be played if the corresponding sound event is set
to "None" in the control panel.

Ok, Linux support is in now, closing this bug.

I know, I didn't do:

> Speaker samples should not be played if the corresponding sound event is set
to "None" in the control panel.

It cannot be properly detected under Linux, and I think it is a bit of a
misnomer anyway.
