1) Make sure all timers suspend when inactive. 2) Open DL tab 3) Place mouse above the suspend-inactive checkbox. 4) Wait until you've become idle. 5) Click (deactive) the checkbox. Result: the DL freezes, and never wakes up.

Mmm, it unfreezes when the break resets... When the checkbox is deactivated, workrave now starts timers that have elasped time but are not yet overdue. Me thinks the fixes the problem.
