This user needs to perform exercises for his back every 15 minutes, regardless of his activity: Hoi, In mijn geval zou dit een goed stap zijn. Nu is het product niet bruikbaar om al rimenter voor 15 minuten pauses te gebruiken, omdat ik opeen dag maar bijna niet die volle 15 minuten haal. Als hij uitgezet kan worden is het een 15 minuten "kookwekker" met een aftellen voor de duur van de oefeningen. Precies wat ik zoek.

Hmm... If you start doing exercises you are effectively taking a break :-) I don't think making only the breaks activity-insensitive is a good idea. If at all, then the entire break should be made activity-insensitive. But that would defeat the purpose of having workrave. You might as well schedule a recurring task in outlook, or in your favourite PDA. Or use a "kookwekker", as he himself suggests. At the very least, it would mean yaco.
