Description
Adriaan van den Brand  Sep 1 2003 05:54:59 UTC
What did I see:
time for microbreak; stopped typing/moving. after 10 seconds (my microbreak
time), I got a new "time for a microbreak?" window, which counted for 30
seconds, followed by a horn (as if I ignored the break).
I expectected:
to see the window go away after 10 secs.
Possible cause: microbreak time = 10 seconds

Next microbreak window appears even though no activity for several minutes.
Window stays until explicitly closed

CPU usage workrave = 100% (might be related to bug 143)
system: Windows XP

Do you perhaps have a multihead setup?

No, just laptop. Occurred at 100% CPU load (by workrave). Now testing pre-1.4
version (1 day no problems). Looked like workrave didn't notice my inactivity.

Niet opgelost in pre-1.4 exe. Komt nog steeds voor.
Platform: XP
uur geleden gereboot
cpu workrave: 92-95% (dus 100%...)
Teller: loopt negatief door zonder enige activiteit van mij(keyboard/mouse)

I just reproduced this one at home
(uh... make that "it happened to me, too". No idea what I did to cause it)

Symptoms are more or less the same: Micropause break window appears, but is not
counting down. About 50% cpu usage (My P4 pretends to be dual processor :-).

Is workrave using this 50%? Do you have tracelogging?

I don't know. Can't check. Workrave is blocking user input :-)

Tracelog coming up somewhere in the near future...

Grmbl... Stupid logfile won't attach. It is now available from
www.krandor.org/~kees-jan/workrave/wr-031005.log.zip

Did someone already mention that this is really annoying? It most resembles an
everlasting break, which you can't quit because your keyboard is locked. Even a
crash would be preferable over this :-)

I have placed an experimental new version of harpoon.dll on
http://www.workrave.org/files/harpoon.dll.

Please replace the old harpoon.dll in the "C:\Program Files\Workrave\Lib\"
directory with this one.

Does it fix this bug?
