The images that go with the "Nek strekken" exercise are taken with a camera
position slightly above miss Workrave (which, by the way, is very cool).

If you are not paying very close attention, this suggests that you should tilt
your head forward during this exercise, which is not the case. 

To avoid confusion, I propose using only camera positions in the horizontal
plane, or from directly above.

Hmm, Ms. Workrave looks very stupid straight from the front, that's why I tilted
the camera. I'll see if the situation can be improved, but not for the upcoming
release... we're in, ummm, exercise-freeze....
