When upgrading wr (1.2.3) to the 1.4.0-test3 release, an error message (see
attachement) appears, stating that access to "harpoon.dll" is denied.

When clicking "again", the error does not re-appear and installation completes
without further errors. Didn't test if harpoon.dll is actually replaced.

Please have a look at bug 139. Do you have admin rights?
