Herman suggests:

It would be great if the application could differentiate between
different types of excersises (for different body parts). I suggest:
 - eyes
 - legs
 - back
 - arms
 - hands
 - shoulders
 - neck
 - relaxation/breathing

Some excersises may be useful in more categories.

Hi, i had this bucklet once with eye excercises (going to search for it, but
can't find it :( ). Anyway there was 10 excercises. Some i remember:

1) Move your eyes in this order: up, down, left, right. do this 6 times
2) same as 1, but with eyes closed
3) move your eyes in circular motion starting from top towards right, down (e.g.
clock going). do this 6 times, then roll backwards
4) same as 3, but with eyes closed
5) try to wink(blink) 10 times _really_ fast. do this 2 times with few sec brakes.
6) Politely press your closed eyeballs with three middle fingers of each hand.
repeat this 6 times.
7) get your pointing finger and thumb on your nose  next to your eyes
(http://h2o.sky.lt/stuff/eyes.jpg). gently move them up and down with slight
pressure for 60 secs.
8) try to close your eyes _really_ hard. do this 6 times.

one was focus excercise which we have now.
