The rest break / micro-pause window needs a title of some sort.

Okay.. this is done. The prelude window now also has the "time for a pause?" in
a title style. This makes the window slightly larger though.

I am only ~slightly~ in favour of the new look for the prelude window. It takes
getting used to. 

What do you say? Keep it, or revert it?

After sleeping a night over it, I am now more than slightly in favour of it.
If you don't like it at first.. give it some time :)
