Sorry I cannot be more specific, but something in the last Windows 10 update (March 20, 2019) appears to have made WorkRave incompatible with my Windows 10 system. Updates: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4489899/windows-10-update-kb4489899 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4486553/march-1-2019-kb4486553 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4489907/security-update-for-adobe-flash-player-march-12-2019 1. When the updates installed, there was an error message about starting WorkRave initially. 2. When selecting either the SKIP or POSTPONE message, I receive a "spinning" icon and my entire system locks up (no keyboard or mouse response). Thanks! :)
