With "reading mode" turned on, I was watching a YouTube video full-screen when a micro-break happened without me being aware of it, blocking input. I thought that YouTube had a bug, and killed my browser from a virtual console, only later realizing that it had been caused by Workrave and would have gone back to normal if I'd waited a little while. Such a situation could be prevented by turning of the input blocking of breaks if the desktop is in full-screen mode for some app.
