I found that I start to ignore Micro breaks very easily. On the other hand, when I use dejal's Timeout on Mac, there is no such problem because it dims the whole screen (while still allowing me to input so it's not too intrusive.)

It would be great if Workrave also support dimming the screen while still allowing inputs in a Micro break.
