Haven't work since installation (a few days ago). Timer during rests is not working at all.

Let me start out by saying that workrave was originally designed to track the time you spend using the computer. If you are not using the computer (i.e. not using the mouse and not pressing keys), then workrave considers you "inactive". Timers will not run. If you are "inactive" long enough, workrave will assume you have taken a break (called a "natural" break), and the timers will reset. If you do not like this default behaviour, you could try activating "reading mode". In reading mode, timers keep running, regardless of whether you are using the computer or not. Does this help?
