In Germany we have some legals, describing how many breaks must be applied if the work day is longer than a specified time.
As example:
   more than 7 hours, leeds to two breaks: Morning 15Min, Lunch 30Min

Any chance ot get something similar by allowing to force breaks of a specified length in specified time ranges?
