I've set "Block imput and screen" in the options, and when the rest break happens, windows in one screen do not get blocked like other screens.

I'm using Windows 8.1, and I have three screens: one is a high dpi screen, which is the screen of my laptop, and the other two are normal external screens. And my primary screen is one of the external screen.

In the high dpi screen, the windows are still visible, though not clickable. And the dialog is very small (not affected by the scaling) and not correctly centered.

If I checked "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" in the "Compatibility" tab of the application, the dialog can be correctly centered, but the windows are still visible.

If I detach the external monitors, the dialog is displayed properly in the laptop screen, but the background is black instead of the wallpaper.
