During sleep, localcharset.dll triggers Avast to block it, saying it's Win32:Evo-gen [Susp]

I doubt this is Workrave related. Workrave does't use/have localcharset.dll. Please check Avast documentation on Win32:Evo-gen. Apparently, this detect suspicious behavior that is not always malicious.
