Thanks for the bug report. 

I think Workrave fails to find its images. Perhaps because of the ascii characters in the directory where Workrave is installed. The crash reports mentioned "D:\œÓ„‡ÏÏ˚"

Do you have a file called 'workrave-icon-medium.png' in the directory "D:\œÓ„‡ÏÏ˚\Workrave\share\images"."œÓ„‡ÏÏ˚" will probably look different on your computer.

I made Workrave more robust against this errors.
