There doesn't seem to be any documentation in workrave or in the FAQ on the website, to explain what reading mode is. I worked it out through guessing and looking through past release notes, but it should be more obvious. Perhaps something in settings to allow configuration of it would make it more obvious as well. Its a really useful setting, but if you don't know what it is and how to use it its a bit wasted.
