Break prompts (both micro break and rest breaks) have stopped working for me. I've reset it and have changed my preferences but nothing worked. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled it, and still nothing worked.

This is also happening to me. i closed the pop up window once, and now i cannot get the program to restart or show the window again. the program is still installed.
