'Quiet' mode has been translated to Spanish as 'Parado' mode, while 'Suspended' mode has been translated as 'Suspendido' mode. But the differences between 'Parado' and 'Suspendido' in (Mexican) Spanish are not quite clear. I would suggest translating 'Quiet' as 'Silencioso', meaning that Workrave is producing no sound (no interruption) whatsoever.
