I started using Work rave with my standard mouse, and it worked brilliantly. But I've recently switched to a trackball mouse, after the doctors orders. The problem is that the timers don't seem to register when I leave my desk for a natural pause. It seems to register when I take a longer 'rest' break than the 5 mins Ive set it too. But if I leave my desk in between 'rest' or 'micro' breaks, it doesn't stop counting down. As far as I'm aware it should stop counting dowm as this walking away from my desk acts as natural pause in my computer usage. Please help.

Did you enable the reading mode? This behaviour sound consistent with reading mode behaviour.

Your trackball could also generate very small mouse movements that cause workrave to think you are still active.
