The UI doesn't make it obvious what the Suspended and Quiet operating modes do.

Please make it more obvious by editing menu-item names.

Please rename "Normal" to "Normal: usage monitoring on; breaks on".
And "Quiet" to "Quiet: usage monitoring on; breaks off".
And "Suspended" to "Suspended: usage monitoring off; breaks off".

(Related bug 1078 is also important: "Please use tooltips to clarify what the Suspended and Quiet operating modes do".)
