There are funny things happening when you press the restbreak button (the cup in the wr window) - My restbreak timer is reset before I fully take the break (i.e. if I click "postpone", I can work for 20 minutes again. - The restbreak timer is stopped (as if I were idle - innocent until proven guilty, I assume), but the micropause timer is not. It keeps running for another five seconds. - I thought I saw one time, where the restbreak timer was not reset to 20, where the restbreak timer kept running too, in spite of me having a break. - Either way, The progress bar in the restbreak window does not start running until I'm fully Idle (i.e. when the micropause timer stops)

Whoops... Belay that third point. Even if the restbreak timer is not reset, it is at least stopped. In this case, too, however, the micropause timer is not stopped.
